This partnership will see Sofialys working hand-in-hand with MediaCorp to implement a new multi-platform advertising serving solution. This deal is in line with Sofialys aggressive push into Asia Pacific.

“As the media works to fully understand mobile advertising and to harness its full potential to improve brand and audience engagement through integrated content, our technology will provide a targeted solution to support MediaCorp’s requirements,” Emmanuel Allix, managing director at Sofialys, said.

He noted that the mobile advertising company has strong ambition in the region to develop a strategic crossroad for its international development. “Leveraging on our partnerships with MediaCorp, Sofialys will ideally position ourselves in a clear leadership role, which will be critical to our next move into South East Asian markets such as Indonesia or Vietnam,” he added.

Paris-based global mobile advertising company Sofialys boosted its presence in Southeast Asia recently with the appointment of Yann Ait Bachir as vice-president of innovation and technology, spearheading the innovation department overlooking all R&D teams, including the Paris stronghold.

It also acquired a Singapore-based mobile ad network, Art of Click, as part of its global expansion strategy and development of the Asia operations. Art of Click founder Allix was then appointed as managing director of Sofialys Asia-Pacific, and concurrently CEO of Aditic.

Goh Kim Soon, vice president, interactive media at MediaCorp, noted that the media company has committed to providing good services for its clients and consumers, with the massive adoption of smartphones and tablets in Singapore and Asia Pacific.
