Koh departs Aquent

SINGAPORE - James Koh (pictured), the regional practice leader for advertising and media at staffing company Aquent, is leaving the company to set up his own interior design company.

Koh departs Aquent
Koh’s responsibilities will be shared jointly by Jasmine Eng, the account management agent, and Lim Su Lee, the agent for creative.

Koh joined Aquent in 2003 to head up Singapore operations and has been responsible for placing senior management, creative and planning roles in Singapore as well as around the region. He was recently promoted to a regional role and was responsible for working with in-country teams to identify talent for the company.

Koh said that he was sad to leave. “It feels like leaving your baby. This was a decision made not made overnight. I have obviously been thinking about it for sometime. The company is in great position and it’s time to pursue my dreams.”

Aquent is a global staffing company dedicated to marketing and design. It currently has 73 offices in 18 countries.
