AUSTRALIA - Johnson & Johnson has appointed JWT Sydney to manage creative for Nicorette and Regaine in Australia.

JWT wins two Johnson & Johnson Pacific brands in Australia

The agency won the business for the smoking-cessation aid and the hair-loss treatment as part of a consolidation by Johnson & Johnson, which reduced its agency roster from five agencies to three, according to a JWT spokesperson. Clemenger BBDO Sydney was the incumbent for both Nicorette and Regaine.

The appointment is effective immediately and covers through-the-line integrated creative.

"We are delighted to be appointed by Johnson & Johnson Pacific and are excited by the tremendous opportunities we foresee for the Nicorette and Regaine brands to grow and thrive in the local market," said Rob Nichol, JWT Sydney's client services director.
