Hyatt on the Bund serves up unique Shanghai style
With its modern approach to conferences and business events, Hyatt on the Bund offers an elegant, cutting-edge venue for events with a sense of place and time.

With its prime location on the northern end of the Bund, the hotel is angled to make sure every room has a generous vista of either Pudong’s modern skyscrapers or Puxi’s architectural heritage, ensuring delegates enjoy the city’s bubbling energy.

The five-star hotel boasts 1,864sqm of meeting space, able to cater to 1,500 people. Conference facilities within the hotel are built to satisfy the business event planner—with a variety of rooms and room sizes, cutting-edge technology support with wifi and the latest in audio-visual conference equipment.

Two ballrooms, with a capacity of 700 and 300 each in theatre-style, also feature outdoor terraces so you can vary indoor and outdoor components of your event. In addition, the Grand Ballroom features a 29sqm LED screen that can present graphics and information in an innovative manner for delegates.

Located by the banks of the Huangpu River, the hotel’s venues include a circular glasshouse, nine smaller rooms and—if guests are staying on the Bund Club executive floors—there are an additional three Bund Club boardrooms.

Hyatt on the Bund also offers a wide variety of cuisine and gourmet adventures. Four storeys high and talk of the town—VUE is the city’s top drinking and dining destination for executives to unwind against the Shanghai skyline.

Aroma, its international buffet restaurant, features live cooking stations and offers favourites from Italian and Japanese cuisines. The Tea Room is a European-style setting which serves up an elegant selection of teas and pastries while Xindalu—China Kitchen focuses on the best in Chinese gourmet arts including Peking duck and beggar’s chicken.

Themed parties can be accommodated and their spacious lower lobby and lobby areas can be transformed into event spaces. With an ability to ‘go on the road’ with its catering services, Hyatt on the Bund can also provide off-site event services.

A 3,000sqm wellness centre is also situated within the hotel premises including a spa, fitness centre and a swimming pool.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the Shanghai International Convention Centre by taxi and is a short walk from the International Cruise Terminal.
