Holiday resort Shenzhou Peninsula appoints Impactasia to handle PR

BEIJING - Shenzhou Peninsula, a holiday resort in South China’s Hainan province, has appointed Impactasia to handle its PR business, including project marketing, public relations consulting and road shows arrangements.

Shenzhou Peninsula is located on the east coast of the tropical Hainan island. With investment from CITIC Pacific, it features a wide variety of leisure facilities including a golf course, five-star hotels and conference facilities.

It is scheduled to open for business at the end of this year.

Steven Thielke, general manager of hotels and golf management at Shenzhou Peninsula, said he hopes Impactasia's experience in tourism marketing and branding will help effectively promote Shenzhou Peninsula.

Fiona Ng, managing director of Impactasia China, said her team's goal is to make Shenzhou the number one vacation destination for Asian tourists.
