Ginns moves on to head Cathay's inflight services, replaced by Large

Ginns is moving on to the post of general manager of inflight services and will continue to be based in Hong Kong.

Large will be moving from Tokyo to Hong Kong to take up his new position.

At present, the date these new roles will be effective has yet to be decided, said a spokesperson for Cathay Pacific. However, the new appointments should come into effect in a few months.

Ginns has held the post of GM of marketing and product since 2007 when he took over from Charlie Stewart-Cox. Prior to that, he too was country head for Cathay Pacific Japan.

Large has been with Cathay Pacific since August 2009 and prior to that was commercial director of Finlays, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Swire Group.
