FutureLab Asia wins community management duties for key J&J brands

KUALA LUMPUR - Johnson & Johnson Malaysia has handed community management responsibilities for brands Johnson's Baby, Johnson's Body Care, Clean & Clear and Carefree to FutureLab Asia.

The assignment will see FutureLab Asia manage the official Facebook pages of the four brands including monitoring of conversations, posting of new messages, responding to user feedback and collecting insights from users. The brands currently have over 85,000 fans.

"Johnson & Johnson has very active online communities," commented Janet Teo, managing director, FutureLab Asia. 

"We proposed a comprehensive solution that will allow the total management of the communities, which can ease a lot of pressure from the internal teams in dealing with customer feedback, customer service requests and product information. We also know the importance of good conversation and how to start discussions. I believe we have already started providing value to the communities," she added.
