Through an agreement with video-technology company Innovid, FOSM will be the exclusive provider of Innovid's iRoll format in the mentioned locations. FOSM will add the technology to its online advertising product portfolio, which runs across the broadcaster's international digital ad network, .FOX

The iRoll format allows advertisers to insert interactive elements in video. Examples include games, contest entries, coupons and even ecommerce functions.

“With iRoll we can now marry the visual strength of TV and video with the interactivity people expect from the web,” said Simeon Dawes, senior vice-president, Fox One Stop Media, Asia Pacific and Middle East.

Editor's note: This story was updated after initial publication when FOSM provided clarification on the geographic availability of the Innovid technology.
