‘Design thinking’ cradles VMLY&R in a tough year

AGENCY REPORT CARD: A whole lot of jargon or a thoughtful new work process?

In 2020, VMLY&R accelerated its ‘design thinking’ work process which refers to a co-creation model between the agency and client which means that both parties are aligned from start to finish, saving time and resources. Thanks in part to this process, new business grew by just under 10% with new business seized in the form of HSBC, Zespri, and Vodafone among others.
