Three agencies including MPG, PHD and the incumbent agency OMD are believed to be involved.

A source close to the client said the pitch presentations will take place next week. The monitored media adspend of Dah Sing Bank in 2010 was US$15.4 million.

The client uses a number of local creative agencies as well as DraftFCB for its ad campaigns. It currently enlists TVB celebrity Kevin Cheng as brand ambassador for its personal loans ads with Express Money angels.

Dah Sing Bank falls under The Dah Sing Group and is a leading financial services group in Hong Kong, active in providing banking, insurance, financial and other related services through a branch network of about 70 outlets in Hong Kong, Macau and China.
