Crisp's expansion to Asia is supported by an investment by Singapore investment firm EDBI earlier this year. The office will focus on research and development resources for the Crisp Engage rich media platform in Singapore as well as new business development in the Asia-Pacific region.

Boris Fridman, CEO of Crisp Media, said, "We recognised the enormous opportunity for brand advertising in Asia-Pacific on mobile devices and there is no better place than Singapore to serve our clients in the region."

Tan brings with her over 20 years relevant experience and joins Crisp from iCre8mediabrands, a company she founded in 2010 to help international publishers create digital advertising solutions.
