Independent content and production network CreativeDrive has opened CreativeDrive Asia in Singapore with former DDB and Ogilvy RedWorks executive Dean Cloke as regional managing director.

The network, owned by Bertram Capital, includes more than 100 studios in the US, Latin America, Asia and Europe. It formed an alliance with Shenzhen-based W. Studio in 2016.

Cloke was group MD and partner with DDB Group Indonesia from late 2011 to May 2014, after which he founded The Football Agency. Prior to DDB he was regional VP and MD for Ogilvy RedWorks in Singapore. At CreativeDrive, he will report to CEO Myles Peacock.

"[Cloke] brings a depth and breadth of experience to the table, ranging from global account management to operations to business development," Peacock said in a release. "As we build our new model, we are continuously seeking out top talent who will grow our content creation capabilities and ease of service and efficiencies."

Cloke said he is an "entrepreneur at heart" even when working within large companies. "I like the CreativeDrive model," he added. "It’s a challenger brand, something the industry has not seen at scale. This new model drives savings, sales and satisfies our clients need for relevant content over and over again.”
