CNNGo now comes in Chinese and Japanese for mobile users

HONG KONG – CNNGo, a localised insider guide to Asian cities, is now available to Chinese and Japanese users via mobile.

CNNGo will now offers a simplified and traditional Chinese language offering to Greater China users, as well as a Japanese service.

"China and Japan being two of the biggest countries in Asia Pacific, it's in keeping with our strategy to reach more users in these countries in their own language," said Andrew Demaria, editor-in-chief, CNNGo.com. "We'll also be showcasing Chinese and Japanese blogs and also giving more voice to Chinese and Japanese-speaking/writing people in these cities"

The portal currently provides lifestyle, restaurants, shopping and entertainment information to six Asian countries.

It also links to Twitter and Facebook, and readers will now be able to ‘like' and post comments in Chinese and Japanese in CNNGo.
