CEI to host event planning forum in China

This year’s CEI North Asia Forum on 9 and 10 September at the Fairmont Yancheng Lake in Kunshan will provide networking opportunities, workshops and teambuilding exercises for event organisers and corporate buyers.

CEI to host event planning forum in China

The forum, hosted by Campaign Asia-Pacific sister publication CEI, will include workshops, teambuilding activities and one-on-one meetings, coupled with plenty of networking opportunities during the welcome cocktails and dinner on the first day.

There will also be a session from Rob Vass, managing director of Spi, on ‘Developing the perfect agenda’.

Spi is a training organisation specialising in event production, and Vass will advise delegates on achieving good ROI from events—from putting together a well-defined strategy in the beginning to running an effective evaluation process in the end.

Delegates will stay at the luxury Fairmont property located alongside the Yancheng Lake, a serene location just 20 minutes from Shanghai via high-speed train.

The 200-room hotel includes the Fairmont brand’s renowned Willow Stream Spa, while within the complex is the vast Sunset Dew Park, where there is an organic farm and walking paths that run along the lake.

The full event programme is available on the CEI North Asia Forum website, which will be updated regularly in the weeks leading up to the event.
