CAAS shortlists agencies

SINGAPORE - After receiving submissions from a total of 13 creative and media agencies, Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) has shortlisted four agency pairs for the S$4 million (US$2.6 million) account.

CAAS shortlists agencies
Agency pairs believed to have been shortlisted include TBWA/MEC, Dentsu Y&R/Dentsu Media, DDB/PHD and McCann/Universal McCann.

Incumbents Euro RSCG and MPG, which have been handling the business for the last two years, are not pitching for the account this time.

The government body recently shortlisted digital agencies through a separate tender.

From 1 July, CAAS will be split into two: one part to regulate the industry and the other to run the airport. The tender specifies it is looking for a creative and a media agency for both new companies.
