Audi Singapore moves creative business to Publicis

SINGAPORE - Premium German automotive brand Audi Singapore has named Publicis Worldwide as its agency of record to handle above-the-line and online marketing campaigns.

Audi Singapore moves creative business to Publicis

This appointment came after a pitch called early this year. It is believed that the account was split previously between Iris and Cheil on creative and digital, respectively. iris did not participate in the pitch this time.

The appointment will be effective in August.

Dean Bramham, regional CEO at Publicis SEA, noted that the brand has announced that its goal is to be the number one premium brand in the world.

Late last year, Publicis Worldwide lost its BMW business after a routine contractual review resulted in the account moving to Y&R. Coincidentally, Y&R was also the creative agency for the Audi business in 2009, before it was moved to Iris.
