Comments from Google: This month’s leaderboard brought in a lot of laughs from countries all over the region. From Gunny Mobi’s unexpected plot twist in its cupid chat stories ad (No. 4) to Xflag’s dramatic and action-packed videos (No. 5 and No. 9), brands are finding novel ways to incorporate humor into their storytelling. Securing the top two positions in our list are Sơn Tùng M-TP’s short film collaboration with shoe brand Biti’s Hunter (No. 1) and Samsung Vietnam’s hilarious 22-minute sitcom episode (No. 2), proving that a compelling narrative will always keep audiences hooked.
