In this role, Siu will supervise all daily functions including marketing, finance, human resources, sales, retail and operations of Hong Kong's wholesale and retail businesses for both Adidas and Reebok.

Siu joined adidas Hong Kong in 2002. In July 2007, Siu’s role expanded to include management of the sales and retail functions of the Reebok brand relaunch in Hong Kong after Adidas' global acquisition of Reebok in 2005. He took over the brand from distributor Swire Resources.

In May 2008, Siu was promoted to the general manager of adidas Hong Kong, expanding his job scope to include marketing communications and product merchandising. South China was included in his remit in January 2011, but will now be looked after by Currie after the company's geographical restructure.

Siu said he will continue to leverage the opportunities offered by the brand's global sponsorships in the Olympic Games, the UEFA EURO and FIFA World Cup tournaments, partnerships with NBA, as well as develop local grassroots activities.

Prior to joining adidas Hong Kong, Siu was the senior sales manager of Unilever Hong Kong. Siu earned a Bachelor of Social Science in Social Work from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and also holds a MBA degree in sales and marketing from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
