adidas | Originals Augmented Reality Campaign | Southeast Asia

Adidas has set up an augmented reality (AR) experience in ten adidas Originals concept stores across Southeast Asia.

People in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand will be able to take part in this digital campaign over the next five weeks. Upon going into the stores, adidas will provide customers with the trefoil design via mobile. Participants to the AR game will also get an adidas branded lanyard.

The campaign is supported by the annual music and fashion street parties happening this month in Southeast Asian markets and hosted by adidas Singapore. The campaign is additionally supported by television, print, radio and direct marketing efforts.

Adidas has partnered with mobile services company i-Pop Networks in Singapore. Using online augmented reality technology in this campaign aligns with adidas’ mission to bring trend, hip and coolness among young consumers.
