Photos: Mindshare holds its own DMA awards ceremony

Campaign wasn't able to host a ceremony for the Digital Media Awards this year, so Mindshare China threw its own celebration of its wins.

As this year's Digital Media Awards unfortunately had no gala awards ceremony (we announced the winners Wednesday morning), Mindshare decided to host its own internal celebration after finding out that it won the Agency of the Year title and several other awards.

The celebration was held in Shanghai, with staff members from Beijing and Guangzhou joining remotely to be saluted—with glasses of colourful glitter in lieu of trophies—by Amrita Randhawa, APAC CEO and executive chair of Mindshare Greater China.

“Knowing there was no ceremony this year, we wanted to take a pause in what has been a tough year so far to recognise our amazing teams doing great work for brave clients," Randhawa said. "Just as we have adapted on so many things, some glasses, glitter and video conferencing allowed us to mark being Campaign Greater China’s Digital Media Agency of the Year for the fourth consecutive year!”

Please take some time to peruse the full winner list from the Digital Media Awards, which will lead you to detailed writeups about all of the gold-winning campaigns and individual/team winners.
