XM Gravity will revamp HokaHokaBento’s current website, build a mobile site and apps for the brand, and manage the restaurant chain’s social-media presence, which has largely been managed in-house until now. The appointment came after a pitch involving a total of seven agencies.

The Nestlé business was awarded to XM Gravity in September after a competitive three-way pitch. XM Gravity will help develop and implement Nestle’s digital marketing strategy, with a focus on the company’s nutrition business, including brands such as NAN 3, Cerelac and Lactogen 3.

“XM Gravity has shown the capabilities in understanding our consumer needs, thus ensure our business needs,” said Lalita A Mardjuni, head of marketing services at PT Nestle Indonesia. ”This will be our first partnership foundation to be built in a long-term period.”

In March, XM Asia Pacific, a JWT company, bought XM Gravity, Indonesia’s largest digital agency, which has clients including Pocari Sweet, Unilever, Frisian Flag, Samsung and Dulux. XM Gravity also won Axiata’s digital business in April.
