Krish Sreedharan has been promoted to the newly-created position of operations director, while Thomas Wilks has been appointed head of technology.

Comwerks Interactive, a full-service digital agency specialising in digital media and web 2.0 solutions, is a member of Wunderman Singapore following an acquisition in 2010.

Previously responsible for leading a team of developers in implementing projects, Sreedharan takes on the new role to supervise agency operations, which include resource and infrastructure management.

Wilks, meanwhile, will lead a team of over 10 developers specialising in mobile, web and interactive devices. With more than 12 years of experience, he transferred from Wunderman London, having previously managed various technical lead roles and worked across key clients such as Ford, Land Rover and Orange.

The two will report to Nimesh Desai, general manager of Wunderman Singapore, and Neeraj Sundarajoo, chief executive officer at Comwerks Interactive, who runs the Singapore operations.

“[Sreedharan] has been instrumental in supporting the agency as it has rapidly grown its bottom line,” Desai commented on the appointments. “I am confident that [Wilks] will be able to continue the growth streak. Their depth of experience and leadership acumen is what we need in this phase of rapid growth.”
