The agency has been managing all corporate communications for WMRT, establishing relationships with sporting communities across the region, since March. The partners recently announced plans to bring the competition to Singapore, leveraging on the island nation's plan to become a regional sports hub.

Audrey Lakai, communications director at WMRT, said Text 100 had shown a thorough understanding of its objectives, its audiences and the dynamic challenges across markets in what is still a niche sporting event. “The team has delivered local market intelligence and shown great fervor for the legacy of the brand and the sport," she said. "In addition, the firm has over-delivered on set requirements and has impressed us with its systematic approach and strategic thinking.”
