What's coming up in CEI's March issue

A sneak peek of what we have planned for the first quarter of the year.

What's coming up in CEI's March issue

Starting in 2019, the CEI print magazine will be published every quarter, spotlighting key developments in the industry to better inform event planners and decision makers.

The state of agencies

The upcoming March issue takes a deep dive into the state of event agencies. We tackle the performance and relationships between stakeholders across the industry. Undeniably, the events industry has undergone a massive shift in recent years with the rapid adoption of technology and an intensified focus on audience engagement. This adds new meaning to the client-agency partnership, even though fundamentals such as creativity and ROIs remain the same.

Making sustainability sustainable

Meanwhile, the In Focus section this issue will examine another important issue—sustainability—that has generated much discussion across the indsutry. While we have are well aware that sustainable practices demand commitment and investment from all stakeholders involved, our report reviews the best practices that make events and venues greener, as well as benchmarks that should be adopted to keep the industry in check.

Greater Bay report

The Greater Bay Area initiative for Hong Kong, Macau, Shenzhen, Guangzhou and other southern Chinese cities has been an interesting development in the region. Our supplement on this initiative will delve into how the events and exhibitions indsutry can benefit beyond the infrastructure boost from the high-speed rail in Hong Kong and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau bridge. Look out for our analyses and venue highlights.
