Developed by Visual Jazz, the free app features a complete 28-day fitness programme created by former Olympic athlete and Vitasoy ambassador Matt Shirvington; a workout calendar that helps plan your exercise routines as well as recipes.

It also has a shopping list builder and a café finder that identifies where the public can get a soy latte.

Paul Chatfield, sales & marketing manager at Vitasoy, said app tied into Vitasoy's overall brand message of having a balanced lifestyle.

“More and more people are turning to soy, rice and oat milks as inclusions in their healthy lifestyle. Visual Jazz has done a great job of bringing the 'Good habits' concept to life, creating something that people can use throughout their day, whether they’re exercising, supermarket shopping or looking for a great soy latte," he said.
