Marketing and business support services firm Williams Lea Tag (WLT) is splitting its operations under two distinct brands.
For brands and agencies it means that they'll be reintroduced to the standalone 'Tag' brand, known for its global creative production work. Tag will be led by CEO David Kassler, alongside his role as WLT Group CEO. As a marketing production specialist, Tag will be strategically focused on serving key sectors including retail & luxury, consumer, life sciences, financial services and telecoms.
Williams Lea, meanwhile will focus on business support to financial, legal and professional services firms. Its new leadership team will be headed up by newly-appointed CEO, Clare Hart.
WLT, backed by private equity firm Advent International, says the move came after an extensive internal review and client feedback

"Each will now benefit from clear business and management structures to focus on their core strengths and deliver optimal results for our clients across the world.”
Williams Lea and Tag now already feature new logos and brand identities on new websites. The combined business employ 10,000 staff worldwide and operate n over 195 cities across 40 countries.
