SinoTech Group names strategy officer in Shanghai

SHANGHAI - Digital marketing company SinoTech Group has appointed Grace Pan (pictured) to the post of chief strategy officer, charged with overseeing group operations in its Shanghai bureau.

Pan will additionally look to expand the company’s performance related to marketing services, such as search management, social media marketing, affiliate marketing, email marketing and digital consulting.

She will report directly to executive chairman and CEO Dr Mathew McDougall.

Prior to joining SinoTech Group, Pan was head of travel and leisure research at the Nielsen Company.

SinoTech Group was founded in Beijing in 2007 and has offices in Beijing and Shanghai.

This year, the company looked to broaden its reach through the appointment of Dennis Jia to its board of directors in September and a partnership with public relations agency Illuminant Partners in June.
