Publicis Guangzhou will remain under the leadership of Cheunghua Yang, who was promoted to MD of Publicis Guangzhou and Publicis Shanghai in September.

Low (pictured) joined Publicis as ECD in 2006. One year later in 2007 he was appointed as general manager.

“Not only did SC demonstrate his great creativity but he also succeeded in achieving great performance as early as 2008 in a refreshed and more creative agency that he actually designed himself,” commented Sheena Jeng, CEO of Publicis China.

“He also rapidly gained the appreciation of both the clients and the whole agency and highly contributed to the development of Publicis Guangzhou with the gain of new and important clients,“ she added.

New clients for Publicis Guangzhou over the last six months include New World Real Estate for Goldenlake Jade Villa, CMPD for The Hills and GT Land Plaza, and Chinese bottled water company Dinghu Mountain Spring for its three water brands.
