It has appointed Stephanie Myers to the newly-created role of engagement director, Asia Pacific, responsible for developing new client relationships. With expertise in brand and digital, she will help brands respond competitively to the realities of the new media landscape.
Prior to joining Possible, she was director, new business at JWT, leading both business development and the HSBC account for North America. Myers recently published a white paper, “Why the Brand Idea Still Matters in the Age of Social Media”.
Kenny Powar, CEO for Possible, noted that this role is more than account servicing, and that Myers will grow new business.
With 12 years of experience in digital creative, Low will provide creative vision for the SAP and Resort World Sentosa accounts while leading the agency’s UX team.
Prior to Possible, he was creative director at XM-Asia Malaysia, where he built and managed the creative team. His key accomplishments included winning the Tourism Malaysia digital business and working on brands such as Malaysia Airlines and HSBC.
Lambert, meanwhile, has more than 18 years experience in above and below-the-line creative direction in the UK, Switzerland and the Middle East.
Powar noted that Low’s digital experience, coupled with the more traditional creative experience from Lambert, allow the agency to have better understanding on both spectrums in developing works for clients.
He also previously worked at DBS Bank, Tribal DDB/DDB Worldwide and Publicis.
Bianca Bueno, meanwhile, was appointed as talent associate, Asia Pacific, responsible for identifying, attracting, retaining and developing digital advertising practitioners for the agency.
Bueno was most recently senior talent associate at WPP where she was a talent acquisition and management partner for senior management and HR leaders across all of WPP’s operating companies in Southeast Asia.
