Agencies in the mix are JWT, Roberts and Langer DDB and The Martin Agency. Lowe, the global incumbent agency on the creative account, which has had ties with the brand since 1991, has also been shortlisted.

According to sources present in Cannes last week for a client briefing, agencies are due to make their presentations by the end of July.

In the latest development, Ogilvy & Mather recently added several key Kimberly-Clark brands, including Huggies, Kotex and Depend to its client roster, clearing the way for sister agency JWT to participate in the J&J review.

Last month, reports said the finalists included BBDO, which was partnering with fellow Omnicom agency Roberts & Langer DDB; WPP's Ogilvy & Mather and JWT; and The Martin Agency and Lowe, both from Interpublic.

Johnson and Johnson called the global creative pitch in May this year.
