Khairul Mondzi and Selwyn Low have joined the agency as copywriters, coming across from DDB Singapore and XM Singapore respectively. Errol Tan, behind independent music label Kittwu Records, has signed on as an art director, along with Steven Jodistiro, also from XM Singapore.

The agency has also made two digital creative hires, bringing in Lucas Burrows (from Bunch Singapore) and Melvin Lim (from Ogilvy One) to add to the agency's 3D and animation capabilities.

Naidu said Iris now boasted a team to be envied in Singapore, with all the skills, creativity, and even fashion sense of the biggest players.

“We're really excited to welcome a new group into our creative family, each one being multi-talented across digital and activation disciplines to make our work truly integrated," he said. "The number of quirky, black-framed glasses has also quadrupled, making Iris definitely look the part."
