Impact Asia will not seek a replacement, and Cheung's responsibilities will be picked up by group MD Sarah Woodhouse (pictured right), CEO Susan Field (pictured left) and Louise Huckfield, who will be promoted from account director to director in January. Her responsibilities will be overseeing the PR team as well as focusing on team management.

Other promotions include Cherie Lau from senior account manager to account director on the consumer team and Yvonne Wang from account manager to senior account manager on the corporate team. Both are effective on 1 January.

"We are a team of 25 in Hong Kong and although Susan and I have regional responsibilities, we are still very hands on in Hong Kong and therefore we have taken the decision that by strengthening the senior team around us we don't need to replace this role,"  Woodhouse added.
