Give consumers control to succeed with video content: Digital Matters panel

SINGAPORE - Brands must get beyond the simplistic wish to create a viral video and give some control over content to consumers while accepting that the brand no longer fully controls the message, according to a panel discussion yesterday at the Digital & Music Matters conference.
