Fortis Colorectal Hospital appoints digital agency

SINGAPORE - Fortis Colorectal Hospital Singapore has appointed independent digital and technology agency Section for its latest digital marketing campaign.

Fortis Colorectal Hospital appoints digital agency

The appointment came after a closed-door pitch in August, and the agency is tasked with promoting awareness of colorectal cancer in Singapore, revamping the Fortis website and promoting a campaign video.

Scheduled to be launched by the end of this year, the revamped website will engage with patients across Southeast Asia. The website caters to people aged 35 and above in Myanmar, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Nelson Lee, co-founder of Section, said it aims to give the website a human touch, replicating nurses’ care toward patients.

The agency earlier partnered with Splash Productions in developing an online video, entitled “Colon vs Colon”, featuring politician Koh Poh Koon. It has received more than 16,000 views since its launch on 28 October.

Section also developed a Facebook contest to increase awareness about colorectal cancer in Singapore.
