Asus zoom lens captures bird, shark, ninjas, aircraft, T-rex

From Hong Kong: 'David Sandberg x ZenFone Zoom', for Asus and Intel by Razorfish Hong Kong

Asus zoom lens captures bird, shark, ninjas, aircraft, T-rex

Razorfish brought in creator David Sandberg, writer and director of the hilariously inventive, Kickstarter-funded short film Kung Fury (more than 24 million views), for a series of shorts showcasing the zoom capabilities in the Asus ZenFone Zoom in completely unrealistic but amusing ways.

The video below shows all five shorts back to back.

Ad Nut is told the brand gave Sandberg free rein to come up with inventive ways to illustrate the phone's zoom lens, which features something called a "10-element HOYA lens arrangement". Ad Nut doesn't know or care what that means, but enjoyed the films nonetheless, particularly the jar full of angry ninjas.

The videos will appear in Asus' YouTube and Facebook channels across the globe, including, the brand's global page, Malaysia, Philippines, Italy, Thailand, Singapore, Russia, India and Japan. The 'Round the earth' portion (near the end of the video above) will run as a TVC in Italy.
