APAC consumers lead world in abandoning online shopping carts

The issue of abandoned online shopping carts is nowhere as pronounced as in Asia-Pacific, according to SAP's Consumer Propensity Study 2018.

Having surveyed more than 20,000 online shoppers worldwide, APAC consumers came out on top as those who discard their online carts the most, at 52%, ahead of the Americas (46%) and Europe (43%). The eight APAC markets in the study are Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, South Korea. Singapore and Thailand.
