Amobee hires new regional account director from Nokia

SINGAPORE - Mobile advertising agency, Amobee has appointed Arun Poojari as regional account director for Asia-Pacific. Poojari joins from Nokia where he was acting head of consumer engagement for Southeast Asia and Asia-Pacific.

Based in Amobee's Asia-Pacific headquarters in Singapore, Poojari is tasked with overseeing the accounts of Amobee's large mobile operators, publishers, and advertisers. 

Poojari's background also includes posts with Microsoft and Xerago and brings with him experience in digital and media strategy. 
 
“We needed a seasoned digital marketing expert to head the valuable Asia-Pacific accounts, and Poojari was a great fit for the position,” said Grant Watts, Amobee managing director, Asia-Pacific.
