Roy joins from Rapp Singapore where he was managing director and will report to Jean Lin, CEO of Isobar Asia-Pacific.

Based out of Singapore, Roy is part of Isobar's regional strategic practise team which comprises practice leaders in social, user experience, CRM and NowLab innovations.

“As data increasingly becomes a more important part of Isobar’s offering in this region, blending creativity with data is a key challenge for all clients strategically," commented Lin. "Roy’s background in both brand and CRM agencies is essential for making this happen."

In his new role, Roy will be tasked with uncovering actionable data-driven insights, building business and brand solutions and delivering meaningful customer experiences. "Isobar’s approach to integrating data and creativity to develop brands is what makes them digital thought leaders of their clients’ business," said Roy.

Prior to his stint with Rapp, Roy's previous roles include regional strategy director for Cheil Worldwide, and group director strategy / global business director at Y&R Singapore.

Roy's appointment follows the hire of Rohan Lightfoot in March as integrated business director.

Over the past year, the regional team has grown significantly with the appointment of Jane Lin Baden as regional CRM practice leader, Dwayne Serjeant as regional UX practice leader, Chris Ryan as CEO of Hong Kong and International client director, Mike Chang as technology solution architect and Howard Smith as integrated business director.
