It has named Devdulal Das as director and Chan Chi-Loong as associate director.

Christina Cheang, regional MD Southeast Asia for GolinHarris, said, “Dev’s and Chi-Loong’s appointments are timely and strategic to meet the fast changing needs of our clients for more integrated communications and targetted solutions.”

With a decade of experience in digital and social marketing, PR and journalism, Das was a managing partner at Ogilvy in India, and had set up its technology and social media practice.

He also reported for The Times of India, The Hindustan Times and The Statesman, as a journalist.

Chan, meanwhile, was most recently with local social media monitoring start-up JamiQ after leaving his corporate communications role with British Telecoms.

He spent a decade in the technology sector covering journalism, PR, marketing and business development. A technology journalist at the Straits Times and Digital Life, he remains one of the active founders of Techgoondu, a prominent Singaporean blog.
