Drypers picks Campaigns & Grey

MANILA - Drypers has appointed Campaigns & Grey as its creative agency at a time when the SCA Hygiene diapers brand looks to re-kindle its marketing activities in the Philippines.

Drypers picks Campaigns & Grey
The agency claimed the business after a three-way pitch with BBDO Guerrero Ortega and Crush.

According to Jose Carlo Consunji, MD of Neuron/Campaigns & Grey: “BBDO GO first handled its advertising in 2005. Since then, Drypers hasn’t done any marketing and they’re aiming to be one of the leading diapers brands in the Philippines again.”

Marilyn Villapando, GM and COO of Campaigns & Grey Philippines said the client picked the agency for its “spot-on” understanding of its consumers and “fresh and original” ideas that could be effectively delivered.

The diaper brand is manufactured by SCA Hygiene, one of Europe’s leading tissue and personal care product makers.

Separately, Campaigns & Grey was awarded the PR account for The Medical City, a leading healthcare facility in the Philippines, after a two-way pitch against Agatep Associates.

Meanwhile, Campaigns is in discussions with Grey Global Group with a view to being wholly owned by the WPP agency.
