The new-look site includes a dynamic toolbar that allows users to choose the content they want to see on the page. Members can check and update membership information such as transaction history, outstanding Asia mileage, monthly statements, account information, as well as checking what can be claimed with their miles.

"Our challenge is how to make the navigation simpler and more efficient for targeting existing members and potential members, not just for frequent travellers but also shoppers and dinners," said Albert Chong, manager loyalty marketing, Asia Miles.
