Air France ramps up in-flight entertainment to promote new route

The Air France Music event is inviting Grammy-nominated Canadian musician Gonzales, electronic group Monsieur Monsieur and Australian rock 'n' roll band The Shoes on board to compose an exclusive track each during the journey from Paris to Tokyo on 3 November.

The artists are tasked with capturing the "distinctive and original atmosphere aboard Air France A380". The tracks will be made available for download from Air France Music.

The groups will then attend an Air France Music performance at Warehouse 702, a concert venue at Tokyo's Shibuya district on 5 November, following their arrival in Japan's capital. Leading Japanese DJ TA-1 will be hosting the show.

For a chance to win a trip for two to attend the Air France Music Party, fans can join the ‘A380 Inspiration’ competition on Facebook available to residents in metropolitan France, Germany and the UK. Japanese residents can also participate for a chance to win entry to the concert. The competition ends on 14 October.
